Mk 2 Tortion Bar help.

Just a quick question, I have a 98- Clio 1.2 Grande, does this use a rear tortion bar system? I was under the impression that it didnt, however I have just been told by a local garage that I will need to have this adjusted in order to lower the rear end.

yep thats my car and it has no tortion bar
