MK1 172 Gearshift

Is anyone aware of a short/quick shift mod for the MK1 172 gearbox.

Theres a little bit too much slop in the box for my liking.

Also has anyone got any info on Renault Sport doing some official tuning/styling mods for the 172. I have aftermarket modded a couple of cars before and found them hard to sell so I would like to use the approved mods when they become available.

the PR dude at palmersport said that there are going to be renaultsport approved mods for the new lightweigh clio cup, and when i asked whether these would be available/supported for the 172s he said yes

I asked when they would be available and what the nature of the mods would be, he just said they would be starting to be available to dealers in a couple of months and the examples he gave were racing seats, suspension, brakes
