mk1 - Avo vs. Apex

what to get, anyone got any info on what these are like for the mk1s, thinking about uprating the shocks as the rear ones are fooked...

avo seem slightly dearer, but are they worth it? they are adjustable aswell unlike the apex?

speak to rsi dave about that one, iirc he bought some gaz adjustable shocks front and rear for his rsi.
