mk1 clio 16valve bonnet

hey all, this is abit of a random question to ask but does anyone know roughly how much a mk1 clio 16 valve bonnet weighs?

Abit random but my brothers thinking about either a carbon bonnet or a Fibreglass bonnet and he wants to know how much weight hes going to be saving, Cheers

winston will prob know, he used to have a carbon bonnet on his valver, he now has the standrd metal one back on as the carbon one f*cked up.

well the companys gone under that made it...

theres a long ass thread bout finding a supplier of carbon bonnets...

IIRC Carbon fibre weighs 7/8kg
Fibreglass weighs 5kg

Can get them off the ktec site...

fibreglass bonnets are lighter but not as strong as the carbon 1s
