MK1 Delock HELP!

  Punto/Clio GTT
have a mk1, 3 door, my last one i delocked the doors and left the bootlock incase the battery ever died on the central locking, but i always hated it!

gonna be doing the bodywork over the next couple of months and i really want it delocked all round, but what am my options?

solenoid on drivers door? how much do they set you back? any other options?

right, decided im gonna delock all around and im gonna use a charging point mounted to the underside of the boot floor incase battery dies.

i know transit vans have them fitted, but does anyone else know any other cars that have charging points that i could pick up for cheap? i think some bmw's have them aswell

also, are they called "charging points" or is there a proper name for them?

  Whichever has fuel
(I think I understand what you mean...)

Jag S type, BMW E46 3 series, E39 5 series plus a load of others have the battery in the boot and a charge/jumpstart point in the engine bay.

It will be a piece of piss to go to a scrapper and get one out, should cost pence too.
