2x clio 1.4i RT's
Just brought a new downpipe, when taking off the old one which had been cracked a carbon gasket fell out of the manifold in a number of bits, it wasn’t until I got the downpipe I noticed that the ends where different, different thickness on flange and shape, I put the new downpipe on without the gasket and it sounded like a tractor and took it to garage but they where to busy to fit it and asked me to come back, they did however give me a replacement gasket for free and said I should try doing it. Has anyone done this before? I doubt I will be able to get it to the garage as they close when im at work, it’s a 1996 1.4i E engine, thanks
