Mk1/Mk2 Gurus!! (reshell)

So the shell of my F7R valver is on a steady slope to becoming 100% rust.

its past the point thats worth fixing.

How hard would it be to reshell EVERYTHING into a mk2 shell??

will the following be able to go across from 1.8 16v shell, to a mk2 nonsport?

Engine,
valver Dash (dials)
exhaust system,
suspension, (1.8 16v)
front brakes, (1.8 16v fitament)

All going well i will no longer have to worry about rust,
and will have the advantage of shocks and springs at the rear!
+ sleeper look ftw!
