MK1 PH3 1.2 D7F - New dials, rev counter not work

Installed some new dials today, everything on them works but the rev counter. I've tested the connetions going into it and all seems okay. Do I need to do something else or did i buy a duff set of dials?:(

That's because the D7F engine has an eDIS module..

You need to get the rev counter converted.. cost me £75 like, 2/3 years ago! (And then you get a new wire on the back of the original dials, and connect it to one of the outputs on the eDIS.)

Or, find some 1.2RN Mk1 Phase3 dials.. and see if they work.. as that was the D7F and had a rev counter.. *may* work, dunno.

  None
Replacing them with mk1 ph3 dials with a rev counter would work. Thats what I had to do to mine

The 10 digit part number on the back of the new clocks must be the same number as your old clocks.

went to my local breakers yard, got some 1.4RT dials and they work:DSpeedo prolly is inaccurate now though as there were 14inch rims on the car and mine are 13inch, still nevermind
