mk1 valver suspension

Ive got a mk1 valver clio lowered about 80mm on back, 50mm on front, on spax kit. It is quite noisy when i go over bumps. is this normal for a lowered car? or could it be the bushes, etc? It doesn't really bother me because it handles great, just curious.

Depends how much travle is left in your shock you might be bottoming out.

Shouldn't be making a noise....50mm isn't that much for a 16v. Sounds like something is worn or knocking.

I'm gonna check the bushes today. It's more the back than the front though.
