mk2 172 Engine Mounts

This is going to sound such a noobie question but how many Engine mounts are there?
Ive changed the dogbone drivers side engine mount and gbox mount, just wondering if there is one ive missed?

I have a hurrendous banging noise

Drivers side engine mount (LHS of engine bay as facing)
Upper gearbox mount (Under battery)
Lower gearbox mount (from gearbox to subframe at front)
Dogbone (gearbox to car (back of the gearbox.))

Your knocking noise, is it at the top of the revs in first and second? If so, I'd try loosening both top mounts, pull engine forward and tighten..

Its at low revs if I put my foot down and then let off. Cheers for your help if you can give me some guidance

Unlikely to be engine mounts, imo.

Look at ball joints, and suspension top mounts, imo.

Sounds like top mounts.
