Mk2 clio fuel tanks

Are the mk2 ph1 and ph2 fuel tanks the same across all diesel and petrol models.

the reason I ask is because I have now decided to break my clio dci 65 for spares and I am wondering if I can take the tank off of that (obviously flush it out) and then fit it to my track car so I don't have to buy a new tank
