MK2 dials

Ordered a white dial kit for my mk2 1.2 16v, and am unsure how to remove the old dials, how do i even get to them??

any help would be appriciated (pics aswell)

lol been sellin some of these in cardiff for ages for 20quid lockwood ones! sold now though!!!! can fit them for u if u want...15quid to fit um mate! lemmie know pm me if ur interested
