mk2 ph1 dash, side air vents

I need to find the model of clio that has the same shaped side of dash air vents as a 172 ph1, but in black. Would be much appreciated if someone could put up a pic of the vent as i'm working away from home at the moment.

Im a bit confused with this, non of the ph1 clios came with a black dash :S

I've seen a pic, which I now can't find, of the vent type I'm after in a black/dark grey (mine's blue). I need to find the model, it's not a 172, but should be another mk2 ph1 clio of some description.

Those are the ones, cheers Mitch. I can't believe it's only the 172 that has this shaped side vent !! I will end up spraying them I think, just a fiddly job, esp. as I've seen black/dark grey ones.

Yeah he has had the 172 exclusive interior put into his car, looks really nice too

Yeah his is a 1.4s like mine, shares the dash top with the 172, the dials are similare but revs dont go as high!

Mines is the dark grey also go to any breakers you should be able to pick one up cheap

and after finding out how useless renault specialist breakers are at reply to a simple sales request

Clio G-B (Giles) has one and I'm getting it off him at the pod YAY!!

this model comes with rubber pedals lol, and doesn't have electric wing mirrors.

Just checked a few pics, my 1.4 16V Alize is Dk Blue, I thought it was DK Grey, but it isn't

nah it so wont, cos all the accesories are blue. ie. the other vents, steering wheel, door handles, electric switches etc...and the exclusives have a blue top dash too.

You can have all the blue plastic parts out of my 172 if you have suitable grey bits.

....and these vents are tormenting me. A clio went passed me today with dark vents, but it had no model on the rear AARRGGHH!!

I don't get what you are trying to do, why would you want to swap the dash for a less sporty one?? :S

anyway, vinny will definately be interested as he's been after one for a little while now.

I prefer to keep the blue top dash is it will be black soon. The vents are tricky to spray, so I'm trying to get some black/dark ones. Ideally wanted a full 182 or ph2 172 interior

Oh right I get ya now matey... Would look quite cool I supose and not look out of place with the bottom dash and the rest of the plastics being the same colour as the dash, vinny still might be willing to swap you as would look quite cool and different on his too.

Cheers, looking for as many 172 bits as i can get, are you getting rid of the steering collum pannel, the 2 parts by the ignition key cause ther blue iirc
