Mk2 Ph3 1.4 oil?

Which oil do I need for a Mk2 Ph3 1.4 oil change? Service book lists a few different ones. I'd suspect 10w40 but can some one confirm?

Surely doesnt matter that much...I don't think you could go wrong with a good 5w40 fully synthetic

10w-40 semi synthetic, or better choise 5w-40 synthetic.
