Actually Danny got a question for you...You have a spare/donor car dont you?? Are the rear calipers the same on the PH1 as a PH2?? And do you have one ??

Yea they fit, but I have none lol! How different are they Jord?

Thinking of away to use my Ph1 coilovers on a valver?!

Just fit the 172 Ph1 running gear to the Mk1 Subframe, I have it all on mine (Wrote a guide)

Everything physically fits and bolts together fine, but if you did it you would need a Williams steering rack due to it being so much wider than a valver. With Williams widetrack you can get away with leaving the valver rack on, but 172 widetrack is just too wide...

Everyone who has done it has just machined down the hubs to accept Mk1 coilovers....but no-one has yet to try fitting the 172 struts with it all (which would mean no machining is required). I have a feeling they are too tall - but they might fit, nobody knows really!
