Mk3 Clio 2006 Lowering Springs or coilovers ?

Hello, Was looking some advice and manily links to get either springs or coilys for my car, mk3 clio 2006..
what are the advantages and disadvantages of each
i cant seem to find any under £700 for the mk3 , which is proberly my awfull hunting skills ,

I've got eibach -30mm Prolines. Very good springs, don't really make the car low but they improve the handling and drop it to a decent height.

where did you get them from ? Ebay or a website ? , at the min theres a good 60mm between the tyre and the arch, i just want it looking flush, dont want it on its arse, improving the handling is what i am aiming for as it feels like a boat at the min lol
