Mk3 smooth boot opinions?

In the middle of smoothing both bumpers, and wondered what a smooth tailgate would be like, opinions? Anybody seen it done?

Jason did his 172 cup, didn't get rid of the diamond though

Looked ok but made a sport look like a normal Clio

Did he remove the license plate recess? I don't think I saw that.

But removing the diamond on a mk3 really does look pants.

I can't remember, it looked very plain though.

As for a mk3 doesn't it have a weird bit in the middle like a peak where 2 flat points meet in the middle?

Yeah the diamond, I was unsure of it myself it was one of the lads who suggested it, think a black diamond is the best way to go,

All I've done on my mk3 is removed the Clio badge. No need to remove the diamond in my opinion.
But then it's your car so you should do what ever will make you happy mate.

As others have said, black diamond is the way to go. Looks great when done.
