modifying a 172 cup...........

hi, i am going to look at a 172 cup this weekend, it has had recent new shocks top mounts, and has poly bushes fitted. it also has a cat back ktec stainless exhaust and panel filter. i used to own a cup from new back in 2002 and have been away from the clio scene for a while now, but i loved my cup, and want another one. so my question would be, what mods would the most beneficial to fit next, can you get an off the shelf chip? i seem to remember good things about itg maxogen kits? what springs to lower it a bit? should i get it decatted? anything else to consider? thanks in advance.

eibach springs are supposed to be good but theres also some good coilover kits on the market! itg kits are good but ive heard good things about espace v6 airbox's with pipercross filters inside! (plus they alot cheaper then itg kits) De-cat would also make sense but bare tht in mind for when you come to MOT time.

well, the ad went on pistonheads yesterday, got a reply from the seller this morning saying it sold last weekend!!!!!!!!!! gutted. getting fed up trying to find a nice car
