MOMO millenium wheel diameter

Gonna be getting one of these as i know a few guys have em on here.

whats the best diameter to get...320mm or 350mm?

Also ive heard abviously the airbag lights gonna be on with the changing the wheel but does the light flash or is it constantly on?
