Monaco Blue 172 Rare???

I have just been having a look for a few bits and bobs online for my Monaco Blue ph2 172 and a couple of websites have said that the Monaco Blue's are rare, only 468 made???

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this?

468 is the offical number of MB Clios imported by RUK, many are EU imports and not part of the 468.
