Mongoose Exhausts...AnyGood?????

i have been offered a full mongoose exhuast system. are they anygood? i.e build quality and peformance wise?

As fred says, they are good exhausts. Not much in it between mongoose and magnex (i was looking at both a couple of weeks back) I went for the magnex in the end, as i got one nearly new for £80.

If you have been offered it cheap, then get it on the car!

top exhausts mate defo get it in my opinion they are better than magnex...i think magnex are over ratted to be honest they used to be the best but have gone far to big for their boots lol

Yeh ive been offered a full Mongoose system fairly new £100.
Because ive had a conversion, the exhuast on the car is for a 1.4. so i guess its draggin the valver down a bit? any ideas?

Personally, i'd snap it up at that price if you have the cash. Especially as you're running a 1.8 with a 1.4 exhaust. The power increase should be very noticable.

It isnt the standard exhaust but it was put on the car before i bought it. its a full stainless unsure of make. but as the mongoose system im buying is built for my now valver, coupled with a decat i imagine i will notice some gains!

Any thoughts anyone?

I hav a straight through mongoose on my mine and it sound lurvlee and does produce the power!! get a de cat pipe to it made quite a difference to mine!!!
