Monitor Recording software?

Is there a program that will record what is happening on your monitor? Like a video screen dump? Also need it to do sound.

Anyone recommend anything?

FRAPS.http://www.fraps.com/ free version only allows 30 secs at a go.

There is also a free open source one called Taksi or something(not too sure).
