i am slowly getting used to my new phone, its quite hard to use after havine a nokia for ages.

i seem to have a problem with viewing picture messages etc, its coming up with messages such as "error whilst downloading please try again later" and "internet profile problem, please check settings"

i have no idea what i have to do to sort this, i also have no english instructions (they sent everything but,lol)

help would be appreciated

is your sim card different to the firmware on the phone ie orange sim--- 02phone?

My k800 used to do this sometimes. Switing it off and back on then getting the pic resent usually fixed it. Go the the SE site and get them to send the correct settings for your network to your phone.

my phone is the same as my sim

mines the same, try going to your network's shop and get them to set it to 'allow picture messages' or something like that, usually works

Have you checked the settings for MMS and WAP?? Have you got your networks settings in there?

Are the settings for mms using the correct gprs settings? They are different for mms and internet gprs browsing.

Also if your trying it with a message that has already been sent its impossible to get it to download it again. Try sending a new mms if you havent already.
