Hand brake on mine is doing my head in... Even when it's not that cold it sounds like the rear beam has fell off when it releases...

Normally it takes a little bit of a roll to get the cable to let go, this morning it had none of this. The handbrake was just going through the motions today lol

Dont know why people dont just leave it in gear anyway. My workmate left our workvan handbrake on over xmas for 2 weeks.. driving about with the back wheels just skidding haha.

Not sure what the temp is but its freezing!

It's only ever my left that freezes on, I did have a new cable on the right a few months ago though. But yeah, the handbrake moves freely and fine as it should, but the wheel doesn't move :S

Scott mine is always fine I think it was about -6 or -8 when I got in the car this morning and it was fine and it's not like I use mine that much. I would have guessed it would have bin stuck on it always dose on the vee! I blame your sticking cos your not doing enough hand break turns!

-3 this morning, all the cars on the street where frozen apart from mine. Literally got in it and drove away.

Not sure why it wasn't frozen over, yesterday was like -2 and it was frozen that time.
