Mot advisory help please.

Looking at a car (not a Clio) which has the following advisory two years in a row and I’m trying to work out what it would be. Can anyone help please?
offside front inner suspension rod ball joint has slight play (5.3.4 (a) (!) )
Any ideas what that would be please (in layman’s terms)?
Is it the track rod end?

My guess would be the steering rack tie rod and the tester got a F in english language, what car ?

Or Polo G40 had spherical lower arm inner joints

Thanks for replying guys, I’m sorry, I just noticed I didn’t put what car. Nissan Juke. @bashracing would that be outer tie rod, as in track rod?

Juke wishbones have metalastic bushes so my guess would be the tie rod/ inner track rod joint

Can't agree with this more.

Sold mine a few months ago, absolute pile of junk.

The 1.5dci engine in it was shocking and the boot was smaller than a MK2 Clio

Thankfully it’s not for me, I hate them with a passion. I’m trying to steer towards other cars but not sure it’s working yet!

Swapped ours for a Kuga, so much better in every way
