MOT and new seats?

Hello,

I have Trophy Recaros in my 182 FF, as there are no airbags in these seats, and thus no where for the car to plug into these seats.

This leaves an air bag warning light on my dash. I am aware that if I connect a resistor to the unused wires, the light will go out.

My question is; Will I fail my MOT until this is fixed via the resistor?

Airbags aren't tested are they? Should be fine as long as the warning light goes off.

airbags are a non testable item so will pass.

the airbag lamp on the dash can be on and it will still pass the tester can advise it if he wants too.
