MOT Test centre that's 172 Cup Friendly ?

Does anybody know of one in the South East London area. I don't want it to be failed again for a missing rear compensator ?

Sorry, can't help with the question but am curious to know what the issue is as my Cup is due its first MOT after Christmas.
