moving gear stick

when i am accelerating in fifth gear and put my foot down the gear slector seems to start and jump back and then forward when i decellerate any ideas what is causing this?

Some movement is normal, but if it is excessive I suggest you check your engine mounts for splits, tearing or damage.

will be dogbone mount if any

Could be a bust mount but its probably just due to the fact that the mounts are made from jelly, i'm old 1.2 used to do it terribly even though all the mounts were fine.
