Moving the engine on its mounts.

I have heard of people moving the engine on the mounts slightly to help with drive shaft binding on lowered cars. My engine is pulling one shaft on acceleration and pushing it out under deceleration.

How do I go about making sure the engine is lined up properly on its mounts.

I think i might have the same problem as this?

When i pulled my engine forward last time, just losen the mount on the top left and pull the engine forward. Dont losen it totally though
