MP3 player connection problems.... HELP!

Every time I connect my MP3 player to the computer it comes up with install software for MTP Device, when I click on install automatically it comes up with...
"There was a problem installing this hardware MTP device an error occured during the installation of the device, the class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device."

I've tried various fixes on the web, but nothings worked.

I'm running XP Professional and WMP11.

what is it your trying to install? (What mp3 pplayer)

Samsung YP-K3JAB

It doesn't have it's own drivers on the software disk or on the samsung site, it uses this MTP (media transfer protocol?) but it just won't recognise it on my laptop.
