I had to stop for a swan in the road before. I actually had to go without lunch because of the chain effect it had on my finances. Damn wildlife!

I can get 35mpg in a DCI so yes, you have a feather for a foot

But your car is slow.

Costs me £50 to fill up as it's about £1 a litre here. I can get about 370 miles to a tank if I want, but I don't see the point in having a 2-litre 170bhp car, and pussying it about, so I normally get about 32mpg and do about 300 miles to the tank I think.

Friend of mine works for renault (has a 172), says if driven right 172s are more efficient than 1.2s.

lol..lol..the 80 dci aint a slow hunk and i'm getting a tuning box which i believe will improve matters somewhat
