MS Paint, resolution people needed

  172 cup TT
Hi all..

Ok, ive designed a flier to be printed but they are saying the resolution isn't great.. I have done it at 72dpi…

Admittedly I made it in Paint!!! But hey.. It did the trick.,. Looks ok too if you don’t mind me saying :)

Anyway, I want to know how to save what ive done in the "high quality" way they are asking for… should I re-make the flier in something like photoshop or something??

Any hints appreciated.

Thanks chaps

yeah re-do it in photoshop, if your using images on the flier then are they small? if so find some better bigger resolution ones etc.
you want to save it in a high resolution but tbh you can do it in paint, will take longer and is harder to make it look good but can be done.
just make sure you use high res pics etc, iirc paint doesnt allow you to change the quality/resolution so you need good quality ones to start with.

hope that helps ;)

  A blue one.
You can't "magic" resolution out of something that doesn't have any!

You should either:

1) Do the flyer in a vector package where you decide on resolution after design.

2) Do it in a raster package (i.e photoshop) but set the resolution nice and high when you create your new file.

I'd recommend option 1.
