MS Word Spellchecker

Is there any way to stop it constantly reverting back to the US dictionary everytime I change it to the UK english? so fecking annoying!!!

Is this not something to do with the language setup for windows? Make sure it's set to United Kingdom.

I dunno if it is connected! Windows is set to UK English, just checked, cheers anyhoo

can you remove the US dictionary so that word is forced to use the UK one?

In Word do this:

Tools -> Language -> Set Language.

Make sure that the setting in the following are all United Kingdom.

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options
