mt backups have slowed right down :(

for some reason my backups have slowed right down to bout 145mb a min this is from their old speeds of about 1179mb a min !!!! so its now taking along long time to finish infact its taking so long they dont finish !!

its an lto3 backing up 1 2k3 box one nas and a nt4 sql server using arcserve 9 all are connected at a gig except the sql box and as far as i know bugger all has changed

Common problem - I think when I had this issue, it was to do with buffer sizes.

Google for it - as from what I remember, there was lots of info.. I had to make registry changes iirc.

shall check it out its most annoying as we are running basically with no backup lol

Yea, we had a new DLT drive.. and it did the same..

Whole weekend wasn't enough to backup, heh.
