New member here and just wanted to show off this Clio of my Dads. It's nothing special compared to most of the cars on here but it's not a bad little car. Just sold my 68' Beetle project to my brother in exchange for insurance and road tax for the Clio due to lack of funds and time whilst at Uni. My Dad bought the Clio last month from a Renault main dealer who my Dad, Brother and I used to work at.
The car was traded in by an old gentleman who had only put 30,000 miles on it from new and he paid the part-ex price (£800) so couldn't be happier really. It's an absolute bargain for that money. Anyway enough of my waffling here's some pictures of the car.
Since I'll also be using this car I am aloud to put my own touch on it so I don't think there will be too many modifications on the way just a few bits to smarten the car up a little bit. I've got some 182 alloys that are going to be powder coated/painted black and get some new tyres for them. I'd like to colour code all the black plastic with the car and in the future add Sport front and rear bumpers, headlights, grille and interior. Don't think I'll be doing much more than that to the car so I'll keep this thread up to date when there are any changes and thanks for reading!
