My 1.2 Clio...

  Clio 1.2 Extreme 4
Hi, I recently got my first car, 2005 clio 1,2 extreme 4.
After about 2 months (about 2 weeks ago) its started jolting and I was told to replace the coilpack which i did and now its back to normal.

But the day i was changing the coilpack i noticed this,
"Mayonaise" in the oil cap, mistake me if im wrong but im sure that's due to the headgasket?

Read else where that it can usualy form if the car is used for short journeys only and taking it for a long journey should sort it out?
Is this something to worry about?

yeah it could mean head gasket, but could also mean condensation in the oil ( so i have bveen told) changhe your spark plugs too? and ht leads?

this is the same on my car. first thought was head gasket, although asking for advice on here i was told to take my car for a long hard drive and it will clear up. :)

and it did.

Yeah spark plugs where changes few days before the coil pack as they could of been the problem for the jolting but they were not. Sorry but whats ht leads? If there the spark plug leads then yeah they were also changed as the coilpack and leads is all one unit.
