My 182 hates 95 Ron! Seriously lacks power, anyone else notice this?

V-power is the same price as tesco 99 now round here, so might aswell use V-power if its spose to be the "better" fuel

im pretty sure until recently tesco 99 was a few pence per litre cheaper

The comments made by the op just keep getting better and better.

Mine runs on nothing but 95 cheapest stuff I can find. Also I know people who run theres on 95 when it's been mapped specifically for 99 still without any issues.

This thread has been covered over and over though.

ive had both in mine and i cant tell the difference.

if its a lightly modded NASP then i wont bother putting anything other than the cheapest stuff in it. If its turbocharged or highly modified though, ill put premium in it.

mine made 160 @ wheels with cheap crappy 95 in the tank

Boo. Mine made 167bhp @ flywheel today. Although it would have made 200bhp if I'd used ATF in the gearbox iirc

mine ticks over better on vpower an tbh its all i use cause i live pretty close to a shell filling station

Never ever noticed any diff in performance from fuel. Placebo effect I think..
