My 3/4 plate, can't decide.. Yes or No?

  VaVa
Look good on some cars, not others. The recess in the bumpers and tailgat on the Clio means it looks a little gash imho.

I don't understand why people do this. Of all things to mod, why chose the f**king number plate? lol There's a goddamn recess for a full size plate! It look as bad as putting a normal plate on those Rover and Focus things, where they have the odd-shaped recess for the oval-type plates.

Just don't do it!

Cheers for the replies, kinda wish i had gone for the normal font instead.. :( take it i would need to buy a totally new plate now?

yeah fella will need a new plate if you want a different font

just keep it on and see how what you think in a few days time

I like it mate, reposition it a tad lower so it's centred and get some pics from further back. If you're still unsure then, I'd get the standard font one.

been out tonight, and tbh, its not that bad, that pic really isnt that great, so will get some better ones tomorrow and see what you lot think

PMSL.. drove around a fair bit today, and im starting to really like it, though i agree about the font.. :( so might change it when pay day comes around!

everyone seems to have commented on how decent it looks, apart from DiBraggio.. (jealous!) ;)

I was unsure about my little plate on the back, took it off put it on put it on took it off - but now i have it on my titanium 182 with silvervison bulbs, little Honda aerial - got to admit it does look good imo!

Heres my old 182 (same plate)

Dont know about the front one your on about looks a bit wrong - could just be the font!!

Looks good with a 3/4, but I'm not so sure about the font. A bit too Word 97 if you see what I mean.

exactly

yes and no from me, yes for the 3/4 length but no to the illegal font, its not worth the hassle and doesnt look as good as it would properly spaced.

I like 3/4 length plates, but with regular size and font lettering.

Sets it apart mate. Thumbs up from me once it's a legal size and font.

I don't like small number plates.. but that looks superb.
I'd probably definetly think about it if I had a 172/182 and it looked like that :p

Your car looks spot on dannyboy! Was this from fancyplates too?

And if so what did you ask for?

Think it may look better as reg mark itself is so short on this one.

Yep, I like it :)

Question about rear plates though - if people have a smaller one do they have it shorter but normal height? Or like a proper 3/4 plate?

if i was to get a 3/4 for the back, think i would keep it at normal height.. i just didnt like how the front plate was hanging over the grill
