My C Drive is running really low on memory, how can increase it?

He means System Restore. Hard drives are very cheap these days so you might want to think about a bigger one?

Yea I will look into buying a new hard drive...

maybe it would be a good idea just to rip off any data you want to keep on to DVDs for example, and rebuilt the machine (take it back to factory settings) then load all the data you want to keep on the PC back. this should free up some space.

Delete all the temp files using ATF Cleaner

Now, run that. See how much space you get.

You should try to keep at least 10% free on the system drive.

Storage space is cheap nowadays, 1TB drives are £90 nowadays.. that should keep you going for a bit

I'd buy a dedicated external hard drive for all your media as this usually takes up the most space and use the internal hard drive for installing your software onto.
