yeah, the sun stops u seeing the lights, but they're standard for the model.. i got an original 172 front bumper waiting to be fitted, just need the wings and skirts...
took the whole fascia out for a fortnight, sanded, sprayed, used masking tape to do the seperate colours, but i need a wheel, gearknob, etc, etc...
and yeah, i spent ages tryin to find red dice!! lol ;)

Defo get it lowered and colour coded, please dont put exus lights on it, not too keen on the interior neither :star:

not too fond of the red dash top, altho it is a red car so its forgiveable lol but i do quite like the install.

I actually like the rear LED lights as they look similar to standard so don't have the Chav look about them.

lol, yeah, u only really see the rears when its night.
and one of my badges fell off, so i pulled em all off, my m8's dad is gonna weld in the gaps and i know a body shop who'll spray cheap...
lots to do still....

Its nice, but in my opinion, there is too much red on the dash. It would have looked better if you left the passenger airbag un-painted to add a bit of contrast, and Isoponed it smooth before painting...

The rims dont really suit the car, unless you are getting larger diameter front discs, or at least a rear disc conversion, which can be done in a day if ya buy a 172 rear axle for about £100-£150 from a scrap-yard...

The sounds system in the boot looks ok, but please tell me those arent 6x9 boxes on the rear shelf, as they just look daft, and give terrible sound too...

All my opinion tho, so no bitching about what i said as i didnt mean to offend if i did, because thats what PUBLIC FORUMS are all about

lol, no, its always good to hear different opinions, yeah, there is a lot of red, but i love red, im after some red corbeau boss seats, and ive got some clio phase two doors with fibre glass builds for my components, in black with red suede trim, ill take some piccies when i get them finished and in... it does cause a bit of head shaking when ppl get in!!! LOl :)

oh, and yeah, thery're my type-r 6x9s, i bought them ages ago when i diddnt know what i was doing...:( there gonnna get replaced by some coaxials, back in the standard shelf, resined, smoothed and sprayed, and im gonna re-do the dash top smooth, it looks odd after i smooth the fascia, but with doors, dash, rear cards, and a shelf to do, plus a new centre section to buy after a bracket fell off, it's takin a while...
and im bone idle.... :)

Good effort mate. Like the install, tidy job. Keep up the good work. And more pics with updates on progress please... :D
