My DVD headunit... Is Smoking!

I've just got it installed today and it was a really tight fit and also the guy fitting it told me that he wouldn't need to take the dash off to get to the wires. So he just got a piece of string attaced to a clump of the wires at the abck and pulled it down one of the holes, same with the otherside. Didn't seem like he did much hard but tbh wouldn't it of been SO MUCH EASIER just to take the dash off so atleast You can see where the wires go or can you not see anything different with it off?

dude, iv got a dvd headunit and il tell u this, its a job to get the whole wires down the sides even harder if youv connected the Amp cables as their more chunkier than normal wires, mine sticks out a bit, as i cant be arsed doin the wires as it is a tight squeeze, but if i get robbed then itl be my fault,..

told you not to buy from hong kong,hehe.take off the dash and you can easily move the wires,also check all wires are connected to right ones as i rememeber you saying you had to wire a block onto it

Just have a crack yourself, stuff isn't normally as difficult as it seems, and the guys on here are normally majorly helpful when you come unstuck.
