How do i find out what make and model my ecu is in my car?

my car is a 2005 clio 2 1.4 16V Dynamique incase anyone might know.

Siemens Siruis 34

so am i right in thinking an rs tuner will work with that ecu? guy from fastchip said they work with siemens sirius 32 or 34

Its the same model ecu as a 1*2 yes, would need a map for it though obviously.
