I thought i would post up a mini timeline to show how my engine bay has changed in my 12months of 182 ownership
It may interest you, it may not:
Standard bay:
First Mod was an ebay carbon effect battery cover and a carbon fibre engine cover bought off cs :
I then added the strut brace when i got the coilovers and bought an ITG panel filter:
Next came the hillpower silicone elbow and strut top covers:
In the new year i bought a viper:
I then got sore fingers polishing the inlet pipes and fuel rail guard:
Then came the big change, i bought a maxogen (which has proved to be far superior to the viper imo), bought a polished and matched manifold off ali (cheers matey) and i painted the top of the plenham black! i also sold the carbon cover to patty:
I had to buy a new hillpower bend off nick as my other one was too short for the maxogen, dave bought my old one :
and then we arrive at the finished article (for now lol) the standard cover was painted panther black and candy red and the strut brace was painted panther black by mark
all i need to do now is touch up the paint on the plenham and sort out a remap
