I think Amos is correct @ £77/£140, happy to come to some agreement on price taking tax into consideration

Every little counts Daniel, plus that's assuming I got the full £1500 you suggested I advertise for. People always like to get a little money off. To be honest I'm happy, bought it for £1600 last January. Not bad depreciation
