Another small update
Plasti dip has arrived! Went with the metallic anthracite

And a friend was selling a k&n air filter for £10 and I just had to have it to replace my cheap unbranded one and it sounds a lot nice and I like the induction noise:) will hopefully be spraying my wheels this weekend and my 40mm springs are being fitted tomorrow

Weather was nice today so I chucked the car on the drive and started cleaning the wheels for the plasti dip,decided to clean the whole car as it was stupidly dirty. Anyway here's the plasti dipped wheels:)

Still have a bit of dip on the tyres from where I couldn't be bothered to get the little bits off. Will tackle it tomorrow! Love the look though and looks more stealth. Springs going on Monday because the guy messed the dates up

Looks great mate, nice and simple! have to protected the plastidip at all? I dont know if its wax/sealant safe like. Will look great lowered though buddy!

Cheers mate! I haven't used anything to protect it,just have to use soapy water and a sponge to clean them I think bro

Looking nice and clean mate. I treated mine to a clay on Friday, first time using it and well impressed with the finish. Bloody hard work

Thanks mate! Spent the whole day outside spraying the wheels and then cleaning the car in between haha! Love the stealthy look tho

I bought 4 cans and I still have about half of one left,only did about 5 coats because after the first two you can spray it on quite thick.

Looking good mate, but pleeeease buy some tyre shine!! you can get the autoglym stuff from halfords for about £7 :rasp:

Its the only thing missing!

I actually ran out the day I sprayed them:( and there's still some plasti dip on the tyres so gonna try get it off when I get the car back later. Being dropped off to the garage at 12 for the springs to get fitted:D

Yeah same mate, I met a couple of lads off the 197.net and this forum. Brilliant bunch of lads, they let me join their convoy down to santa pod for the Paul walker tribute day, they had some nice cars

Springs are fitted and it looks so much better and drives much better. Thought the ride would be more bumpy but it's so much comfier and handles really well. Here's some pictures anyway

springs seems to have settled a little and the back is slightly lower,had a lot of compliments on how the car looks and seems to be turning a few heads in college:rasp: will try and get tidy photos soon because the photos ive posted are pure shittt
