My new 172 CUP Reg

Just bought a 172 and it has a private plate on it. S17 CUP, what do you guys think this would be worth if i wanted to sell it?

Also, it has a Scorpion Stainless exhaust on it that i want to change for a standard system/something a bit more subtle. Where's the cheapest place to pick a standard system up from (CAT back)? Would anyone want to swap my exhaust for thier standard system?
