My New Car (56k No Chance)

Just picked up me new car this afternoon, coming from a 1.2 the power is mucho welcomed. Almost bought a Yaris T-Sport but decided to stay loyal after getting quite a good deal on this and i'm glad I did.
And for anyone whos going to say should have got a 172 I would do but insurance at 18 isn't worth paying imo.

Anyway on to the pics :

Not sure where those sill protectors came from as i'm sure there not a dealer fit option and the dealer didn't think so either.
Anyway think they look great nice little addition.

Enjoy the 1.6 for a couple of years and build up some no claims in the process.

Nothing too major, thinking coilovers, viper, colour coding and a cat back of some sort (anyone got any opinions/recomendations on the exhaust front ?). Gotta get all me ice back in at some point when I can be arsed too.

get a custom made one imo, probly go for a decat on a 1.6 too!

Ive got a mk2 clio with a magnex 6x4 oval backbox and powertec induction kit. The noise is incredible from it and noticeable pops on down-changing are so often. No mid silencer means your going to get a deep sporty note from the clio. p.s a warning though its a motorway nightmare with the constant noise!

Excellent choice! I also have 1.6 16v Dynamique, nice and reliable. Bit slow though.. Getting my ph2 172 soon..

So far its a rocketship as far as i'm concerned i'm sure i'll want it to go faster after a week but hey thats how it works I guess. Much better than my previous 1.2 power anyway .

Must say it does make rather a nice noise, doesn't sound competely caned when your giving it some stick unlike the ol' 1.2.

Yeh, apparently they've made more RenaultSports than they have 1.6's. Not surprised really took me a while to find one near to me that was the right age/mileage.
