Sold the Audi A5 Black Edition Coupe I had last week and now running this Aston Martin V8 Vantage
Bit of back ground info...My Dad and I own Generation AMR which is the Official Aston Martin Racing Junior Team, so when he was offered this road car it had done pretty high mileage (100k miles +) and had some bodywork damage. So over the last few months we've gone through the car to 'rebuild' it including:
New Engine
New Brake calipers, discs & brake lines. (Fitted competition pads and brake fluid we run on the Race GT4 Aston Martin's)
New dampers
New Seats, Gear knob & Steering wheel
Completely resprayed from Grey to White
Carbon side blades and rear boot lip
GT4 Race Exhaust system
N400 Side Skirts
Clear Rear Lights
Plus lots more but cant remember everything!
The rebuild would have made a good thread in itself but I didn't think of it at the time. Although I will be starting a VERY interesting build thread, hopefully tonight, which is a nice project were doing at the moment.
Car is awesome and loving having my first RWD car :approve:, the sound its stupidly addictive and its a pleasure to just 'go for a drive'.....although I swear I can actually watch the fuel gauge drop! Anyway a few more Camera Phone pictures below...(These are ones I took while it wasn't quite finished as you can see by the FL inner wheel arch missing)
