I assume you didnt drive that anywhere as with the front plasticised like that you'll have no airflow going through your rad.
Also you seem to have forgotton by doing that why KA's are 70% bumper?
As for the clio... If you want to have a look at tastfully modded, look at russ@gassperformance his clio looks s**t hot.
yours, however, just looks like your bf whos a painter, got a bit keen.
you say the work on that KA was higher quality than the OE on the v6??? get some closeups of the paint work of the pink thing and im sure it isnt.
EDIT: if you look on the side profile of the ka, it looks likes its been painted in celly as it looks faded to buggary! either that or its orangepeely as f**k!
EDIT 2: It also looks on the bonnet the paint doesnt match the wings.. painted at a different time eh?

rear light are gash. Leave them to the novas imo
as above the lights look dangerous. you need to have a reflector on the back of some kind
yes you did have them on the kakky ka but the pink stands out a bit more than a black car in thick fog at night, you wont see it at all believe me!!!
put standard lights back on and the car will look alot better and with the french plates it will finish the car off.

Clearly u dont have a clue about cars and paint no it was all done at the same time and as for the aoint work i will put some close up pics defo no orange peel here think u need to get a grip did u not understand wen i said i wanted to be different! and as for no air gettin to the engine r u blind there is a huge vent on the front bumper covered in mesh!
And i think we will all agree Meguires is a highly successfull company and i hardly think they wud of gave me first prize out of hundreds of other cars if the paint job was not amazin stop bein so old fashioned things have changed! u mod how u wanna and il do mines my way!

Oh dear dont tell me u goin to start slaggin Rs Turbos too now lol !
The CVH Turbo is overall a rubbish engine.
To get big power everyone always swaps the heads around or takes the engine out and puts in a Zetec and turbo's that.
RS Turbos are old and b****cks. Never a match for the 205 gti or Renault 5 GT Turbo, let alone any modern day car lol. Forget tuning as I can bolt on any number of bits to my engine and make it faster.
LOL, if I didnt have a clue about cars, why am I doing a few engine conversions, including a full Group N spec SR20, and a 172 conversion on my mk1 clio 16v.
Meguires just go for the chav cars now, not tidily done ones anymore.
as for your pics, if the camerea was abit better than phone quality we may have been able to see the orange peel. ive seen the car hence commenting on the paint, but didnt pay much attention to the front, the grill thats there still wont provide enough airflow, especially for the old hgv cvh engine. they suffer from cooling problems at the best of times.
u have seen the car? where was this then? clearly u havent stopped to look at it or u wud follow every other single comment not a single person out of thousands has even gave a bad comment on the paint work everyone commented on how good it was even though they may not of liked the colour or the style ! so yet again shows how much u really know!
Thank u Alan i was just sayin to my Bf how unfriendly this forum has been compared to any one iv ever been on before i actually sold that Ka for £6000 so i broke even !
Na it goin in Wednesday just waiting on a call back to see if gettin courtesy car they better when it there fault they shud never sold me the car like that

what is it with picking at peoples cars on here? i dont like everything people do but surely this site is all about loving the same collection of cars! each to their own! personalise how you want who can say whats right or wrong! ther's always going to be conflict! if all clios looked identical would half of us have them?? i dont want mine to look exactly like everyone elses!!!
not a massive fan of the lights but not my call (thats only cos i went up the back of someone who had that done! was sunny and just couldnt see the lights) even the middle 1 was blacked out!
claimed off their insurance tho as there was no legal reflectors showin so be careful lol
