My new favourite thing....

  RS2'ed 172 Cup
After winning the AF Wednesday waxathon a few weeks back thought I would treat my old mans Clio as its been poorly and into Renault for some major heart surgery.

Quick rinse down followed by AF Tripple (my new fav thing) and a coat of Tough Coat to follow.

Not a bad result for a 1 hour spruce up, hopefully he will appreciate it when he is back from holiday later today!

Yep, up at 8 finished up by about 9:15ish.

TBH the car is tidy anyway, it's only done 15k. Aim of the game was to remove 2 scouring pad type marks from the bonnet and drivers door and whiz over the rest just to bring a bit if shine back.

Tough Coat takes literally 5 min to do the whole car.

I can't get a wash and dry complete in under an hour, let alone cracking out the machine! Shines up well. :)

  Corsa Van. Meh.
It takes me a good hour to wash and dry mine. And thats on a protected car.

Good going.

really? don't know the megs range but orange hex logic is a cutting pad for serious correction! I'd personally only recommend blue, red or black hex pads with tripple, maybe the white light polish pad

I thought yellow was the 'polishing pad' whilst white was for cutting and orange for finishing?

As above, id probably be using a blue or black pad for tripple if using the hexlogic range.

I think you should do somemore research mate. Could you not feel the difference in the pad?

Tbh I'm new to the Hex range, I just gave the yellow Megs and the orange Hex a squeeze and they seemed to be about the same density
